SutraForge is a web development and AI integration studio based in Mysore, Karnataka, India. We operate at sutraforge.com and can be reached at ask@sutraforge.com. References to "we", "us", or "our" in this policy refer to SutraForge.
2. What Information We Collect
When you use our contact form or chatbot, we collect: your name, email address, phone number (optional), details about your project, and your budget range. We also automatically collect technical data including your browser type, IP address, referring URL, and the date and time of your visit.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiries, prepare project proposals, deliver our services, and send you updates related to your project. We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to any third party.
4. Data Storage
Your contact form submissions and chat conversations are stored in a secure database hosted by Supabase (supabase.com), which stores data on servers compliant with industry-standard security practices. Data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, and deleted upon request.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Supabase (database and infrastructure), OpenAI (chatbot responses — your chat messages are processed by OpenAI's API), Google Fonts (typography — loaded from Google's servers), and Vercel (website hosting). Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
6. Cookies
We use the following cookies and tracking tools on this site: Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Tracks how visitors use the site — pages visited, time spent, and general location. Data is aggregated and anonymous. Meta Pixel (Facebook): Tracks visits and actions on this site to measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. This data is shared with Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Admin session: We use localStorage in our admin dashboard to maintain login sessions. This data never leaves your browser. We do not use advertising cookies beyond Meta Pixel, and we do not sell your data to any third party. You can opt out of Meta's data collection at facebook.com/privacy/explanation.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at ask@sutraforge.com and we will respond within 7 business days.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
